That realization came to life through Pius’s doctoral research, which explored how C-suite mental models drive corporate sustainability performance in complex, developing-market contexts. The result was the development of the Executive Sustainability Advancement Model (ESAM®)—a proprietary, evidence-based framework now at the heart of everything we do.
